About the GFWC

We are a part of the GFWC which is an international organization of community based volunteer women's clubs. It is the world's largest and oldest volunteer women's organization with approximately 600,000 members and 13,000 clubs in 50 states and 54 countries involving 10,000,000 women around the world. Our members include business owners, teachers, elected officials, homemakers, corporate executives, college students and retirees. Although there is considerable diversity in the ages, interest and experience of GFWC members, all are united by a dedication to community improvement through volunteer service.

Responsibilities of a

Club Member

• Attend regular club meetings
• To volunteer 10 hours a year by participating in our community service projects and fundraising
• Work to increase the impact of our club by inviting others to attend meetings and join
• Pay yearly dues of $35
